Agreement between User and Play’n GO
The Play’n GO website (the “Website”) consists of various web pages operated by Play’n GO. Access to and use of the Website is offered to you on condition that you accept, without modification, all the terms, conditions and notices set out below (“Terms”). By using the Website you confirm your full agreement to these Terms as they may be amended from time to time.
Play’n GO reserves the right to change these Terms (including any charges associated with the use of the Website) at any time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms. Continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Website may contain links to other websites (“Linked Sites”). These Linked Sites are not under the control of Play’n GO and we are not responsible for their content, any links contained within them, or any changes or updates to them. Play’n GO is not responsible for webcasting or any other form of transmission received from any Linked Site. Links are provided solely for convenience and their inclusion does not imply endorsement or any association with the operators of those sites. You access Linked Sites entirely at your own risk and Play’n GO shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of them.
As a condition of your use of the Website, you warrant that you will not use it for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You must not use the Website in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, impair or interfere with any other party’s use of the Website. You must not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available via the Website.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers, or any connected server, computer or database. You must not attack the Website via a denial-of-service attack, distributed denial-of-service attack or any similar method. Any breach of this provision may constitute a criminal offence; we will report it to the relevant law enforcement authorities and co-operate by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use the Website will cease immediately.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your equipment, programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Website or any linked website.
You must not use the Website in any way that could be considered defamatory, abusive, obscene, racist, sexist, discriminatory or otherwise offensive. You must not use aggressive or abusive language, swear, threaten, harass or abuse any person (including other users or Play’n GO staff), or release or propagate viruses, worms, logic bombs or similar material. Multiple submissions and “spam” are strictly prohibited. You must not interfere with, remove or alter any information or functionality of the Website.
The Website may contain bulletin boards, chat areas, forums, communities or other message/communication facilities (“Communication Services”). You agree to use these only to send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular service.

Play’n GO has no obligation to monitor Communication Services but reserves the right to review and remove material at its sole discretion and to terminate your access to any or all Communication Services at any time without notice.
We may disclose information where required by law or to edit, refuse to post or remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion.
Exercise caution when disclosing personal information in Communication Services. Play’n GO does not control or endorse content found there and disclaims all liability arising from your participation.
Play’n GO does not claim ownership of materials you submit or post (“Submissions”). However, by submitting or posting you grant Play’n GO, its affiliated companies and necessary sublicensees a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, copy, distribute, display, perform, modify, translate and reformat your Submission (and to publish your name in connection with it) in connection with the operation of our business.
No compensation will be paid for any Submission. Play’n GO may remove any Submission at any time in its sole discretion. By making a Submission you warrant that you own or control all necessary rights.
The Website and its content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Play’n GO and its suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the Website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. If you are dissatisfied with any part of the Website or these Terms, your sole remedy is to stop using the Website.
Play’n GO reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or restrict your access to the Website and related services at any time without notice.
All design, text, graphics, audio, video, software, source code and other material on the Website are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights owned by Play’n GO or used under licence. You may view the Website and print or download material for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other reproduction, distribution or modification is prohibited without our prior written consent. No trade marks or logos appearing on the Website may be used without the owner’s permission.

We may transfer, assign or subcontract these Terms (in whole or part) to any third party on terms no less advantageous to you. In the event of website closure, your account may be transferred to another site operated by us.
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, civil commotion, interruption of communications, industrial disputes or internet attacks. Performance is suspended for the duration of such events and we will use reasonable efforts to find a solution.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Play’n GO regarding the Website and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. The English-language version of these Terms shall prevail.
